Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use GeoJuice.

• Information you give us: the website URL you submit for an audit, and the name, email address, and phone number you provide when you unlock a full report or buy a report or plan.
• Payment information: when you buy a report or plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly. We do not store full card numbers.
• Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

How we use your information

• Run your GEO audit, generate your report, and deliver your results.
• Follow up about your audit and results, provide support, and schedule any consultation you book.
• Store your contact details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can manage our relationship with you.
• Where you have opted in, send you marketing communications by email and text message about our services, offers, and updates.
• Measure and improve GeoJuice, and measure and target our advertising.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use GeoJuice and to measure our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your device, IP address, and on-site activity.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Declining or clearing cookies may affect how the site works.

Advertising and remarketing (Meta)

We advertise GeoJuice on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel on our site. The Meta Pixel lets us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand actions visitors take on our site, and deliver relevant ads to you on Meta’s platforms.

We use this data to measure our campaigns; to build audiences for targeted advertising based on site visitors and their behavior; to create “lookalike audiences” of new potential users; and, where permitted, to match contact information you provide (such as a hashed email address) with your account on Meta’s platforms so we can show you relevant ads (a “Custom Audience”).

By using our site you acknowledge that certain information about your interactions with our site, and where applicable a hashed identifier such as your email, may be transmitted to Meta. That data is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can limit interest-based advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

CRM and marketing communications

We store the contact information you give us (your name, email address, phone number, and audit details) in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which processes this information on our behalf to help us manage our relationship with you and send the communications described in this policy.

Email marketing

If you opt in, we may send promotional emails about our services, offers, and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may also opt out by emailing hello@geojuice.ai.

SMS / text message program and opt-in

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold or shared with any third party. The only exception is the messaging provider we use to deliver the texts you requested, which processes your number solely to send those messages on our behalf. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy.

We collect your mobile phone number only when you provide it to us, and we use it to send text messages only after you check a consent box on one of our forms. Consent to receive texts is optional. It is not a condition of buying any product or service, and providing your phone number by itself does not opt you in to text messages. If you opt in, you may receive:

• Customer-care texts: replies about the audit or report you requested, and updates about a consultation you book.
• Marketing texts: news about our services, offers, and updates.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@geojuice.ai. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers who help us operate GeoJuice, for example our website host (Vercel), our CRM and messaging provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our email provider (Resend), our payment processor (Stripe), our database provider (Supabase), and our analytics and advertising providers (including Meta), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to any third party, other than the messaging provider that delivers the texts you requested on our behalf.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from text messages: reply STOP to any message at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email hello@geojuice.ai.
• Access, update, correct, or delete: email hello@geojuice.ai and we will provide, update, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we are required to keep it by law.
• Advertising: adjust your ad settings on Meta’s platforms, or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to access, correct, or delete it; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” under this law.

We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of “sharing” for advertising, email hello@geojuice.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights and may need to verify your identity before responding.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.

Children’s privacy

GeoJuice is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us information, email hello@geojuice.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
